Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talent to Teach website, the free consultation call, and our paid coaching programs (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Talent to Teach, operated by its owner as an individual based in British Columbia, Canada ("Talent to Teach", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Services, booking a call, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who may use the Services (eligibility & minors)
The Services are intended to develop the skills of youth soccer athletes. The athlete may be a minor (under 19 in British Columbia), but the person who books, purchases, and contracts with us must be a parent or legal guardian who is at least the age of majority.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a minor athlete, you represent that you are the athlete's parent or legal guardian, that you have authority to bind your household to these Terms, and that you accept the Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk and the Parental/Guardian Consent as a condition of participation.
We do not knowingly contract directly with minors. A minor may participate only through a consenting parent or guardian.
2. The free consultation call
The free 1-1 consultation/strategy call is provided for informational purposes to discuss your athlete's goals. It creates no obligation to purchase anything, and we are under no obligation to accept any athlete into a paid program.
The call is coaching and educational guidance only. It is not medical, physiotherapy, nutritional, psychological, or professional athletic-trainer advice.
3. Paid programs, billing & auto-renewal
Programs offered. We offer (a) a monthly subscription and (b) a one-time annual program providing access for one (1) year. Program contents, features, and prices are described at the point of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Payment processor. Payments are processed by Whop and/or its payment partners. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's own terms and policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Auto-renewal (monthly). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the monthly subscription automatically renews each billing period and your payment method is charged each period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
Annual program. The annual program is a one-time charge granting access for twelve (12) months. It does not auto-renew unless stated at checkout.
Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is resolved.
4. Cancellation & refunds
Please read carefully. Our programs are digital products delivered electronically, and access is granted to you immediately or on a schedule set by us.
Acknowledgement at purchase. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you request immediate access to the digital program and that you understand the refund terms in this Section 4. Your purchase is not completed until you provide that acknowledgement.
Monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not provide partial-period or pro-rated refunds, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Annual program — 48-hour pre-access window. The annual program is non-refundable, with one exception: you may request a full refund within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed, streamed, or downloaded any program materials. Once you access any part of the program, or once 48 hours have passed, the annual program is final and non-refundable.
Delivery and drip release. We may release annual program materials on a staggered schedule rather than all at once. Content not yet released is part of what you purchased and does not create a refund right.
Chargebacks & abuse. Initiating a card chargeback or payment dispute in a manner inconsistent with these Terms is a breach of these Terms. We may terminate your access, cancel your account, and pursue amounts owed, and we keep access and activity logs as evidence. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
Discretionary exceptions. Any refund we grant outside this policy is a one-time courtesy at our sole discretion and is not a waiver of this policy.
5. No guarantee of results
Athletic development depends on many factors outside our control, including effort, consistency, health, and ability. We do not guarantee any specific result, improvement, ranking, scholarship, placement, tryout outcome, or recruitment result.
Any testimonials, athlete stories, or examples we share (including on social media) are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results will vary.
6. Health, safety & physical activity
Our programs may include physical training that you or your athlete perform on your own, unsupervised, at home ("self-guided training").
You are responsible for training safely. Before beginning, you should ensure the athlete is medically able to participate and, where appropriate, consult a physician. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk, as further described in our Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk, which is incorporated into these Terms.
We are not present during self-guided training, do not supervise it, and are not responsible for how exercises are performed or the environment in which they are performed.
7. Intellectual property & acceptable use
All program materials — videos, drills, plans, documents, and the website — are owned by Talent to Teach (or our licensors) and protected by law.
On purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own household's athlete(s). You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, or use the materials to build a competing product.
You may not misuse the Services, share account access, attempt to circumvent access controls or the drip schedule, or use the Services unlawfully.
Breach of this Section may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Your content & testimonials
If you send us feedback, results, photos, or video (including for use as a testimonial), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing, unless you tell us otherwise in writing. You confirm you have the right to grant this, including any consent needed for a minor who appears in the content.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Services are not medical, physiotherapy, nutritional, mental-health, or professional athletic-training advice. Always seek qualified professional advice for health questions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talent to Teach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable BC law, including under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talent to Teach from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your or your athlete's use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or content you provide.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. On termination, the licence in Section 7 ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4–11) survive termination.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts located in British Columbia have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes to ongoing subscriptions, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
